Art Class/Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To provide the best experience for all our students and instructors, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by Students:

More than 48 Hours Before Class:
- Full refund or option to reschedule to a future class date.
Less than 48 Hours Before Class:
- No refund will be issued; however, students may transfer their booking to another participant with prior notice.
No-Show:
- No refund or rescheduling option is available.

Cancellation by the Instructor:

If an art class needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance:

Students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class.
Notification will be provided as early as possible.

Weather or Emergency-Related Cancellations:

In the event of severe weather or emergency situations, classes may be canceled for safety reasons.
Students will be notified promptly and provided with rescheduling options or a full refund.
